The recent event, Roof Hustlers Door Knocking Training, hosted by Latinos en Roofing and Roof Hustlers was an informative and energetic training that brought together industry leaders, contractors and other professionals to celebrate and empower the Latino community in the roofing industry. The event was a testament to the vibrant energy and commitment within this community.

Highlights from the event

Keynote speaker: Dashaun Bryant

Dashaun Bryant, an expert in door-to-door sales in roofing, addressed attendees at the event, highlighting invaluable strategies for effective sales communication. His dynamic presentation was not just informative, but moving, leaving the audience inspired by the work they do. Hear him talk about his joy in meeting new people every day, the importance of having an engaging script and see his personality shine through his red bowtie in these Facebook reels from the event!

Networking opportunities and educational workshops

Attendees had the chance to connect with like-minded professionals, forging new relationships and collaborations. The buzz of conversations and the exchange of ideas reinforced the spirit of community in this industry. The event also featured a series of educational workshops designed to equip participants with practical skills and knowledge. Topics ranged from marketing strategies to door-to-door sales tactics and understanding different personalities in the business. Catch a glimpse of Sam Taggart from one of the sessions as he explains learning the art of sales as early as thirteen.

Organized with support from Scorpion Marketing and Roof Hustlers, this event was important both for professional growth and a celebration of the Latino community’s contributions to the roofing industry.
