T-Rock Roofing & Construction owner, Aaron Sadler entered the StealthBond® monthly contest and was rewarded with a Pelican® cup!
I had the chance to talk with Aaron recently and he told me he gets the RCS Week-in-Review emails which is where he learned about the StealthBond® system and saw the contest. While he is happy that he won the cup, he said he’s eager to learn more about StealthBond®, the patented metal roofing system that uses adhesive instead of fasteners, since the screws backing out is one of the biggest problems with metal roofing.
Always curious about how people get into the roofing industry, I asked this question of Aaron. He said, to make a long story short, that back in 2002 he had some good friends who needed jobs. So, they teamed up and began working on roofs. After a few years, they merged with T-Rock and Aaron bought the company. He says the company is the most referred roofer in the metroplex with almost all of their work coming from word-of-mouth recommendations.
He’s also a fan of the Coffee Shop and said that he has used the classifieds to help find project managers and some sales people.
If you have not entered yet, visit the contest page now and sign up. To learn more about StealthBond® Systems, the first concealed adhesive installation system for metal roofing, visit www.stealthbond.com
