Working smarter instead of harder is a simple and common figure of speech. But there’s a reason for that. Working smarter can drastically raise your profits. This article is packed with advice and tech tools to help you boost your bottom line.

1. Do a roofing equipment inventory and audit.

Give the roofing equipment and tools your crews use a good look-over. Equipment that doesn’t work properly or reliably can add time to any job, so make note of tools that are in poor repair or have seen better days. 4. Ask roofers for productivity feedback.

These folks are on the rooflines day-in and day-out.
