In this Roofing Road Trip, Heidi J. Ellsworth, RCS Partner visits with Chelsea Oesch, Branch Manager with Beacon Building Products about what is happening in distribution today. She joined Roofing Supply Group and spent 6 years learning the industry from various roles including inside sales, dispatch and purchasing. In 2015 Chelsea joined Beacon Building Products.  10 years into the industry, she is now the Branch Manager at one of the Beacon locations in Austin, Texas.  Heidi and Chelsea will also visit about the importance of employee engagement which Chelsea is passionate about.
