For over 22 years, Kevin Butler, a Senior Field Advisor, has worked at Tremco Roofing.  Heidi J. Ellsworth interviews him about how he has thrived in building a career at Tremco and Weatherproofing Technologies Inc.  They talk about how he grew his career as a roofer, foreman, manager and senior field advisor in the commercial roofing industry.  They talk about the importance of loving your job which makes it a career along with the importance of building relationships and providing solutions with customers.  He shares that no matter what size the problem is, he will do whatever it takes to diagnose and resolve the issue in a way that is most beneficial for his customers.  He encourages others to take the same path in roofing to find the perfect career.
