As the Director of Sales at B&B Siding and Roofing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and success. This position is ideal for a dynamic sales leader who is eager to expand our market presence while leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating new business, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining 
• Must have previous experience in a senior sales leadership role within a similar industry in New Jersey
• Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets in leadership roles
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and lead by example
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships
• Proficiency in data analysis, using sales metrics to inform decision-making
• Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends, with the ability to pivot strategies as needed
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and seize opportunities in a competitive market
• Familiarity with the siding, roofing, and home improvement industry, including products, materials, and best practices
• A leadership style that fosters teamwork and cooperation
• A focus on achieving and exceeding targets
