Account Coordinator - This position will directly support RCS crew members with content creation, basic website updates and editing, content management, client correspondence and other duties. In this role, the ideal candidate will work directly with Account Managers to meet and exceed client requests, project coordination and the creation and posting of client content. This is a fully remote role that requires an individual who can work well with multiple deadlines and track different client needs.

Content Administrator  - This position will directly support RCS crew members with content creation, basic website updates and editing, content management, writing and other duties. In this role, the ideal candidate will work with other crew members who will send new content and materials to be added to the site. This is a fully remote role that requires an individual who can work well with multiple deadlines and track different client needs.

Multimedia content creator - This position will directly support RCS crew members with content creation, podcast and video editing, occasional writing and other duties. In this role, the ideal candidate will work with the multimedia manager to edit, prepare and produce video and audio content for social media and The Coffee Shops website. This is a fully remote role that requires an individual who can work well with multiple deadlines and track different client needs. The multimedia content creator will be responsible for editing and publishing engaging content across various platforms, including website, social media, email newsletters, podcasts and videos. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the visibility of the Coffee Shop industries, keeping professionals informed and promoting the company's mission of fostering community and connection.

Writer/reporter - This position will support The Coffee Shops’ editorial crew with content creation, conducting interviews, content management and other duties. As a writer/reporter you will produce a mix of technical and creative content for The Coffee Shops’ websites, including but not exclusive to, RoofersCoffeeShop, MetalCoffeeShop, CoatingsCoffeeShop, OutdoorCoffeeShop and AskARoofer.
