Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for: Performing and documenting roof inspections through photographs. Reviewing and signing contracts with Homeowners. Data entry. Self-sourced lead generation. Attending Weekly meetings Taking Coaching from Area Sales Manager and Inside Sales Leads. Ability and willingness to communicate effectively. Perform roof adjustments when assigned by the Legal Department. Completing other tasks as assigned to by the Internal Team. Ability to travel to other markets for month(s) at a time (MN, CO, FL, IL, KY, MI, NE), being able to go back home in-between travel.

We provide our Outside Sales Representatives with: Automobile Fuel & Maintenance Allowance Program of $200 per week Supplemental Compensation Program for completion of miscellaneous activities per company policies Benefits including medical and dental insurance, life and limited disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, paid personal time, and other benefits options.

Pay Breakdown: Elysian offers BASE (starting at $30,000) + COMMISSION (to be determined in interview process, but both pre-quota commission and post-quota commission), sales metric bonuses that change monthly/weekly, with uncapped commission. Realistic expectations of 1st year pay is $60,000-$85,000 with top performers well over $100,000. Must be able to demonstrate previous experience/sales hit

Travel Breakdown: When traveling to markets, Elysian is paying for flights (both to and from), rental vehicles in market, housing (hotels or Airbnb), with the weekly $200 gas stipend. Alternatively, we do have a separate compensation plan for if you would like to drive your vehicle between markets

Mandatory Requirements: MUST HAVE previous experience in roofing or restoration sales Must have a valid driver's license Must have valid vehicle insurance Must be willing to undergo a background check

Upon hire our Outside Sales Representatives will be required to: Complete all required trainings, including 2 to 4 weeks company onboarding and on the job sales training Present yourself to a testing center for drug testing Communicate effectively with your management team regarding your progress and experience Execute 2 homeowner MCA agreements under the guidance and advisory of Regional Sales Supervisor within the first 6 weeks
