The Opportunity: As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire production process from planning through completion. This isn't just a behind-the­ desk role-it's hands-on, where you'll be in the trenches with the team, ensuring operations run like a well-oiled machine. You will manage job scheduling, crew assignments, and logistics, always keeping an eye on the bigger picture while ensuring the day-to-day details are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crew Scheduling: Plan, prioritize, and assign crews to maximize efficiency while ensuring job requirements are met.
• Project Management: Ensure all jobs are progressing smoothly by coordinating with field teams, resolving issues, and delivering regular status updates.
• Improve Processes: Continuously evaluate and refine operational procedures to increase efficiency and drive growth.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled, and profitability is maximized.

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced Leader: Minimum of 3 years in construction project management, with a proven track record of overseeing multiple projects and managing teams.
• Strong Manager: Experience managing day-to-day crew scheduling and production operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Sawy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction project management software.
• Problem Solver: A strong decision-maker with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
