General Manager Needed for Roofing Company in Hawaii

ProBuilt Hawaii is the top roofing & rain gutter contractor on the Island of Kauai! We are growing and expanding across Hawaii. We are accepting applications for Managers, Expert Roofers, Roofing Foremen, Expert Rain Gutter Installers, and Rain Gutter Foremen for our locations on Kauai and Maui.

The primary roof systems we install are concrete tile, asphalt shingles, cedar, metal roofs, and coatings. Our projects range from multi-million large-scale commercial properties, apartment and condo communities, and residential new construction roofs and roof replacements.

Our rain gutter division installs traditional seamless K-style gutters in copper and aluminum.

We have top-of-the-line equipment, telehandler lifts, trucks, and trailers.

We are seeking driven and motivated managers and craftsmen with natural leadership qualities to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All positions require a minimum of 2 years full-time roofing or rain gutter experience in the past 3 years.
• The manager position requires a minimum of 2 years as a general manager of a service-based exterior business or similar.
• Must be a detail-oriented professional with natural leadership qualities and a driven, motivated personality.
• Must have a valid driver’s license. No exceptions!
• In-depth knowledge of various sloped roof systems and/or rain gutter systems.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge in roofing and/or rain gutter systems.
• Stable work history and clean criminal background, including a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass random drug tests.
• Proficient English speaker. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
