Full-time Outside Sales Construction with True North Roofing

Role description

This is a full-time exempt 100% commission hybrid role for an Outside Sales Construction position at True North Roofing in Cottage Grove, MN, with flexibility and remote work. No more than 20% at the office. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to outside sales in the construction industry. The pay range is directly related to your ability to create trust and make sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of construction materials and processes
• Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• 18+ and legal to work in the USA.
• Pass a background check.
• Be able to climb ladders, lift 35 pounds, grasp object with both hands, and others as needed.
• Live locally MN/WI
