Assigned to Lake or East Central based Mobile Training Vehicle (MTV). Responsible for product installation demonstrations and hands-on training across all product lines of Exterior Products Group. Assists Exterior Products Group sales team with technical, installation and warranty knowledge to distribution and applicator customers.
Anticipates needs and develops presentations for customer base to build acceptance of products. Improves competitive positioning by developing knowledge of products, sales processes and competition, focused on optimizing the company investment and supporting sales growth in the marketplace. Determine scope of training, method of training delivery and any necessary modifications to meet the needs of a variety of audiences.
Bachelor’s degree a plus. A minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry. Must be highly proficient in the hands-on installation techniques of roofing and siding, building and construction practices and building codes. Must demonstrate ability to transfer knowledge using professional presentation skills as well as relationship building/networking skills. Spanish fluency a plus.
Travel: 50% overnight travel
Physical requirements: Manually move wheeled and stationary product displays, weighing up to 100 lbs., in and out of ramped trailer. May need to lift up to 75 bs. Positions self to install and uninstall product during installation demos as well as safely climb a ladder. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Participation in company provided injury prevention programs. Valid driver’s license and United States Department of Transportation Medical Examiner’s Certificate (ME Certificate) required.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $89,500.00 to $138,500.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $100,200.00 to $155,100.00.
