Orca Roofing’s marketing department will supply qualified leads to this candidate, but a successful candidate will also supplement those leads with some self-generated sales as well. This position does not require the PM to take incoming calls from leads as we have highly trained customer service reps and an efficient back office that provides lots of support.

This position will make the initial sale and then will act as the customer’s main point of contact throughout the project, seeing that it gets efficiently managed through completion. The payment structure is based on profit sharing, so the most successful candidates are those who bring both sales experience and project management skills to the position. Key responsibilities:

• Go on sales calls and maintain a good close ratio
• Generate new leads by actively managing projects
• Create estimates for projects and present to potential clients
• Manage follow-up with clients and update CRM
• Act as the main point of contact for the client after they have purchased a new exterior project
• Perform “light project management” such as checking in on the crew and doing the final walk-through with the client upon job completion.

• Experience in decks is a plus or the ability and willingness to learn
• Understanding how the whole business functions to play a supporting role
