Responsibilities:
Perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and adapt to change easily
Must possess strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask & prioritize workload is required
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and seamless operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous office, administrative and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Personable, friendly demeanor
Compensation:
Part- Time 20-30 hours a week
$18.00 - $22.00 based on abilities and experience
