Karen L. Inman

President/COO of Antis Roofing & Waterproofing

Karen provides the day-to-day leadership of Antis Roofing & Waterproofing, including all areas of operations, employee engagement and customer service. In this key executive role, she also supports the company’s longstanding history of charitable giving and continues to forward Antis’s mission of giving back to the community.

Karen began her career more than 25 years ago at Fluor, one of the top engineering and construction firms in the industry. She held a variety of positions during her tenure there, including leadership roles in construction project management and technology development and implementation. Her career path eventually led her into the HOA industry where she worked in IT, system development and implementation and, ultimately, in branch operations. Her strong track record of operational success and strategic management have honed her unique, balanced skill set that is pivotal to the overall success and growth of Antis under her leadership. It is Karen’s personal mission to lift those around her to achieve their highest potential, to provide exceptional service to every client, while establishing sound operational practices. As a true expert and visionary in the areas of servant leadership, project management, technology in business and HOA industry trends, her leadership style has created an extremely high-performance culture among Antis employees.

Fully committed to Antis’s philanthropic spirit, Karen serves on the Board of Directors for Alzheimer's Orange County and the American Red Cross, Orange County chapter. Alongside Charles Antis, she serves within the Roofing Technology Think Tank (RT3). She also holds the prestigious distinction of Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Karen holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Redlands. She lives with her family in Ladera Ranch, California.
