This corrugated metal layover was installed on one of the renovated buildings at the Indiana Central State Mansion. The property was built in 1848 as a hospital, but was converted into a psychiatric hospital by 1905. Closed in 1994, the buildings were mostly abandoned until the mid-2000s when businesses started to move in. Rojas Roofing is proud to be a part of the renovation of this historic landmark."

This focus on the detail shows just how beautiful and precise this installation is but doesn't do true justice to the what this actual structure looks like. It is hard to get photos that include all of this sprawling structure without impacting the ability to see the exquisite details. It is 3 elliptical sections that join in a line at their tips and has the clerestory seen here in the central section as well as 2 skylights offset towards the ends of the end sections. Total sqs. is at about 52 all in this beautiful spiral configuration with continuous 18" fascia detail at the perimeter.”

The next door neighbor spotting us re-engineering a porch roof and it's structure after being damaged by Ice Melt falling from an upper roof slope. He informed RoofTec he was having trouble gettting quality contractors to travel to the High Country to work on his property and the ones he had show up did subpar work. For this, the spire as a whole was cut loose of the existing crane to the ground. Each piece was individually custom fabricated and hand soldered in place to ensure a water tight fit. The craftsmen carefully removed each piece of copper and cataloged them in relation to where they were removed from on the spire and roof. Each new piece was then replicated in the exact size and shape as the original by hand. As a result, the restored spire has the same quality and workmanship as the original that was installed back in the early 1900s.”

Lee Ann Slattery from ATAS International, Inc. in Allentown, PA writes, "This private residence in Temecula, California has ATAS International's Dutch Seam panels in Dove Grey 24-gauge steel on it. The metal roofing panels were installed by Howard & Sons, Inc., with two locations in southern California. The panels have a smooth finish and are 15" in width with a seam height of 1-1/2". The beautiful standing seam panels will protect this luxury home for many years, and the light grey color with the cool paint pigments will help to reflect the sun's rays in California, with a solar reflectance index (SRI) of 55. Should the owners choose to add rooftop solar panels in the future, this solar ready roofing will make it easy to do so, with special clamps that eliminate roof penetrations."

Ron Lloyd from Kokua Roofing in Kailua-Kona Hawaii writes, "Sacred Heart Catholic Church was built in 1925. It is located on the north of the Island of Hawai'i, a very windy and rainy area. This 30 year old roof needed to be replaced. Pitch is about 14/12 therefore safety was important. It was a risky yet fulfilling challenge for the guys who did awesome and the end result is now for everyone to enjoy."
