Wind Vented Roofing System, ala a 2 thousand something company...

Is there anyone out there installing wind vented roofing systems?  We installed several on some projects in the last 10 years.  We are now running into issues with them honoring their warranties.  Seems they are doing everything they can to get out of paying for warranted repairs.  First thing they are doing is asking for the roof maintenance logs.  Then they are wanting photos of the areas leaking.  If they maintenance logs are not up to date they are saying they will not cover any repairs.  They have also said that they only cover factory seams.  They have stated that they will not cover flashings such as pressure sensitive flashings that have come loose even though their warranty says that they cover flashings and/or anything other products branded under their name.  We have never run into this with Carlisle, Firestone, Versico or others.  Just curious if anyone has dealt with this?

I haven't faced such issues yet.
