What tasks do your roofers dislike?

I am gathering information on what tasks roofers find repetitive, boring, or otherwise undesirable while working on commercial and industrial rooftops. Perhaps you find installing fasteners very repetitive or maybe you dislike creating custom drip edges. Whatever it is, I'd love to hear what tasks you and your roofers dislike!

Full disclosure: I'm considering becoming a roofer and eventually starting my own company that would provide unique tools to the commercial roofing industry, but I would like to better understand what I'm getting into first.
