There are many types of CRM on the market that vary in a wide range of pricing. A recent study we participated in came back with some interesting data. We found that 60% of Residential Roofing Contractors and 52% of Commercial Roofing Contractors do not use any formal type of CRM to track their clients, opportunities, pipeline, and sold deals.

I would like to see some information on what is available. It seems like all they all say they do everything but most of them do very little support and training.
This came up on a call I was on earlier today with a larger commercial contractor who said they are not really happy with theirs either.
We have tried a few but have not really been happy. Someitnes simple is best and i would see that more.
