Bid tab result yesterday. Mod bit tear off, 20yr Soprema back on. Very few penetrations. 25k in metal work (don't ask)....four piece edge metal detail 44k in tapered ISO. 250 sq. Low 229k Us 357 High 556
229 was my raw cost and labor w/out comp. All I can think is illegal labor. >>>

Time to do some recon. If they are breaking the law, document it and put them out of business. Consider your time and energy in nailing the bastards an investment in your future.>>>

Yepper, that's about right....Don't do much main street commercial any more, but when we did; If I would deduct our labor burden, I'd be right in the ballpark, bid-wise. ;)>>>
