Yea, it's great. First thing I tell anyone going is DON'T SPEED. They take that pretty serious. I'm in Melbourne, but don't live on the ICW, and as lazy as I am it's cool to just boat up to the house and get out. I looked at buying one of those duplexes, but could not justify the price a few years ago anyway. If you get by Melb. look me up well do a beer or two.>>>
