I'm new to this site but am wondering if you guys could help me out with some pricing. I am looking to sub some work on a military base and was hoping to get an idea on where I should be. It is standing seam snap lock on a 5/12 pitch and pretty much wide open. I typically sub single-ply work but having trouble finding work and have this oppritunity and don't want to get screwed. It has a metal deck on a two story bldg.New construction already has 1/2 gyp with ice & water. I am fully insured. GC will supply lifts and i will supply rest. We will have hotel expenses. Any help would be appreciated.

I guess it would depend on what your cost are and how much roofing you think you can do in a week. That's what I usually base my pricing on.

You have not given me enough information to tell you anything. One story? Do you have any equip? How much trim is involved? Are you tearing off an old roof? Do you have workers comp and liability insurance? Are you staying in hotels? What is the deck? clip spacing? trim details? any insulation? ect.
