I was just in a conversation about solar and I was under the assumption that most roofing companies are not installing much. My friend said that a lot of contractors are sub-contracting from the big solar companies.
Are you selling and installing?
Are you the sub-contractoring?
Is sub-contractoring a real word?

I also wonder if any commercial contractors are installing or just residential.

He did a solar shingle on his shop.
I inquired at Certainteed and DOW about getting solar shingles and neither are pushing them in this area.
