Hi, what type of anchors do you use for standing seam metal ? I can't get a lift in ,trees,pool and wrought iron fence in the way.Windows where roof step up from two to three story are leaking.The roof is 8/12 could stay on it but goverment job have to be tied off. thanks :unsure:
I ordered a couple of those ladder anchors today. I'll let you know how they work.

we use the miller retractables and have bases that clamp to the different type seams.
That looks like a great system, CM. But it might be a bit pricey for a onetime repair. Jerry, you might try to sell them on installing permanent anchors instead. Make the pitch that they would be there for window cleaning and maintenance as well after you're done. Then you would be paid for your time installing the brackets which could rival the total repair time.
