I was thinking something like that. If they come back or give something away with each job . It would have to be something that didn't have longevity and really isn't expected to. Just finding the formula that will bring them back to you more than once every 20 years or more. Just give something away that goes with your service with a lifetime guarantee that doesn't give away the store. Estimate the return on other items sold. It's free come back and we will replace it. Well we could offer free sealant on the steep ones and then when they come and pick up the sealant every few years we would have a sign front and center that says we apply sealant $450. lol
