Im working with a HOA on replacing 55 sq roofs in Florida.
what sort of life span can i expect from fibertite vs tradional 10/15 year EPDM?
what would you suggest to extend life of EPDM?
what are the plus and minus of one over the other?
all and any comments appreciated.
Thanks Joe W
Cleaning your EPDM roof regularly will help it last longer. In order for your roof to safeguard your business, make sure that it is free of any debris or unwelcome guests. After you've swept the roof and picked up all the debris, use a solution of chlorine and water to scrub off any moss.
Hope it's help for you!
Any suggestions for extending the life of EPDM? I'd like to refer to them here as well.
I'm seeking advice on prolonging the durability of EPDM. Any tips shared will be considered
I also want to extend the life of EPDM, any suggestions I will refer to here.
agree :cheer:
In 32 years, I still haven't replaced a worn out Fibertite in Ohio. Sure can't say the same for EPDM.
Luverne, AL is as far south as I've ever put one on. From what I understand from Seaman Corp. their experience in Florida is about as good as it is in Ohio. Best stuff I've ever used.
And as far as extending the life of EPDM, probably the best way is to put a Fibertite over it. ;)
