Steve Some here may recall I roast my own coffee. I mention this because I have competed in and attend coffee Barista events. While there many growers and plantation owners sell their beans through cupping's. They are willing to talk about coffee growing. That would be a serious commitment. Coffee growers if you ask them say it is a very fickled business where growers are constantly on the short end of the totem pole. Workers are treated like slaves. A site if your serious is " coffee snobs " That is where you'll find people who know about this sort of thing. Good luck with your venture. Check back let us know how it goes.
