Any of you guys ever tried BidClerk? Thanks>>>
Initially, starting as a young company, affording the few hundred to have access to the bid offerings, GC company names & projects was a great source. Availability of prints etc. This was through Builders Exchange (check locally). Others are out there as the one mentioned Bidclerk, name not known to me but same thing. As things progressed familiarity with local companies bypassed it. At the time $$ well spent, eventually not needed. All depends on your aspirations. PC>>>
currently with every con .com,not very happy with them. The lead services as whole are a waste of money here, very seldom do they result in a sale.More often then not they are a complete waste of time.>>>
bidclerk.com is a construction search site, kind of like SM. The difference is you pay $700 a year, flat fee.....and people enter jobs on it for free. There are private residential and federal, state, stimulus jobs listed by state.
Many general contractors list jobs on it for subs in commercial work.
Thought about giving it a try.
