We all have different wants/needs but ... have yet to find a CRM (for us) that does "everything." Many do the basics or different parts, but none do ALL. We're a small organization, so won't need large job progress/tracking of life span etc. We've reviewed a LOT of them... Right now, we're hoping for:
Lead tracking and reports to run from those; Client/customer database; Scheduled follow ups/reminders for leads/clients/jobs completed; Marketing on social media or email based (like Mail Chimp?); some Accounting and break downs (instead of having to use QuickBooks etc); integration with ordered dimenions (like Eagleview); has editable forms for Estimates/Invoices; client signage and input (docusign or similar); Order materials from OUR vendors (Suppliers accounts OR big box stores we input); ...
IS THERE a one-stop solution for any of us!? lol Or, does it have to be: (example) Mail chimp for database/emails; QBooks for accountings/reports; Roofing CRM for order and job tracking ... :(
