Van Mark Products Corporation was founded in 1964 by Gene Van Cleave with the goal of making the best portable bending brakes in the world.

Gene originally started a manufacturing company in 1960 called Castle Stone which made precast stone for exterior cladding. While there, he developed the first portable bending brake used nationwide for light gauge aluminum and then later sold the company.

Family owned and operated for over half a century, today Van Mark is run by Gene’s son who is currently the president and owner.

Van Mark has always been focused on designing and producing tools that are both affordable and reliable for their end users. The tools are known for being the strongest in the industry and having the least amount of maintenance or adjustments needed of any similar tools.

Van Mark tools are widely used in the residential exterior remodeling and building industry, as well as the metal roofing and post frame building industry, and have always been rated the #1 tools in the Rental industry. We manufacture our tools and sell them through authorized distributors worldwide.
