President of KPost Roofing & Waterproofing

Steve Little is the President, “Head Coach”, of KPost Roofing & Waterproofing joining Keith Post and Jayne Williams in November 2003 as one of the three original officers to start KPost. In 2005, Steve founded National Roofing Partners (NRP), a nation-wide partnership of professional roofing contractors providing facilities performance services, and now serves as CEO. The 175+ NRP member companies and their 13,000 employees perform more than $1 billion in annual collective revenue.

Steve’s involvement in the industry includes serving on the board of directors for TEXO’s Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) National and Roofing Technology Think Tank (RT3), ABC’s National Membership Chair, National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA)/Roofing Alliance CTE Outreach Task Force, and a founding member of the National Women in Roofing (NWIR). He is also a member of ROOFPAC, National Roofing Legal Resource Center (NRLRC), The Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress, Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and International Risk Managers Institute (IRMI). Steve formerly served as President of Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA), Construction Education Foundation (CEF) board member, various NRCA committees and the Construction Industry Outreach Advisory Council (CIOAC).

Prior to joining the roofing industry, Steve spent 20 years in the sports license products industry as President of Mouse Products (a Staubach Company), President of Licensed Lifestyles, Inc. (Tandycrafts), and owner of a large Southeast (professional & college) sports products manufacturers rep group.
