Rolando "Ro" Lewis is a seasoned Safety Leader with a successful history of working primarily in the construction safety industry; however, he also has significant safety experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Manufacturing settings. His overarching passion and philosophy are pretty simple - invest in people by creating a culture that keeps them SAFE in the workplace, fostering behaviors to that aim! Ro has a B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health from Grand Valley State University and began his career with the construction management industry leader Walbridge Aldinger. His career spans 20+ years and has chiefly involved managing safety systems, protocols, and cultures throughout various genres of the construction industry, from Ironwork to Demolition to Civil Expansion to Roofing and more. Over the years, Ro has received several safety leadership awards and distinguished recognitions.
Ro is currently Executive Director of Health, Safety, and Environmental for Tremco CPG, Inc. Field Services Division. Tremco CPG and all their subsidiaries pride themselves as a front-running building solutions organization that provides "Building Envelope Peace of Mind" for clients in virtually every sector of the global business spectrum. That mission involves thousands of like-minded employees working in various international markets, employing universal corporate objectives to meet customers' needs, and acting as a problem-solving resource.
