Rachel Garcia is a sales and marketing professional who has spent the last 13 years in the roofing industry. She is currently the director of contractor services at Malarkey Roofing Products. Rachel is passionate about building strong relationships and helping roofing contractors utilize industry resources to help drive business.

Over the years, Rachel’s strengths at Malarkey have garnered some recognition by receiving the Joe Russo Award in 2019 for outstanding service and dedication to the Malarkey sales team. That same year she was presented with the Outstanding Service Award from the Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA).

In addition to her role at Malarkey, she is chair of the Oregon Council for National Women in Roofing and active on the Young Contractor Council with the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association and the Young Roofing Professionals with the Western States Roofing Contractors Association. She also sits on the Advisory board for both the Western States Roofing Contractors Association and the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association.

When she’s not working, Rachel is an avid hiker and loves spending time gardening, woodworking or teaching and practicing yoga.
