High Solids Silicone Roof Coating

Restore, waterproof, and lengthen the life of your roof with our 100% Silicone Roof Coatings. Our roof coatings possess over 95% solids content, meaning what you put on the roof stays there after it cures. 

Our High Solids Silicone Roof Coatings are designed for application over existing smooth surface BUR, granulated cap sheet, well-adhered acrylic coating, concrete, metal, spray foam, TPO, PVC, and Hypalon membranes.

Resistance to UV rays, ponding water, oxidation, wind-driven sand, rain, and snow, and temperature extremes allows our roof coatings to provide long-term protection. Because of our coatings’ high reflectivity, you can expect to save up to $.50 per square foot on your energy bill after installing a silicone roof coating.

Patch and Repair Sealant

Pro Patch Patch and Repair Sealant is a thick, high-build mastic with identical waterproofing properties as our High Solids Silicone Roof Coatings. It is a 100% silicone product, specially formulated to be thick and easy to apply in areas where coating is not. It is designed to seal abnormal roof penetrations that cannot be covered with standard sprayers or rollers. Patch and Repair Sealant can be applied with a brush, trowel, or putty knife.

Because the product is so thick, it can stand in place of traditional rubber, mesh, and polyester fabrics or tapes. Rather than laying down a roll of tape over separated seams, this product can be brush-applied over seams and around flashings much more quickly. Patch and Repair Sealant should be applied over the seam and then used in conjunction with our High Solids Silicone Roof Coatings.

On top of sealing seams,Pro Patch is great for sealing flashings, joints, small cracks, fasteners, vents, uneven surfaces, protrusions, drains, and depressions.

Pro Patch is a must-have for any coating contractor, for both job prep and for any repairs or touch-up work after the job is complete.

Surface-Leveling Silicone

Replacing or restoring a gravel built-up roof has historically been a major challenge, filled with back-breaking labor removing the tar and gravel. 

SL-800 Surface Leveling Silicone is designed for use over gravel BUR. After vacuuming off any loose rock, SL-800 can be applied to fill in cracks and gaps and provide a smoother surface for your silicone top coat, eliminating the need for roof tear-off.

SL 800 is a dispersion of silicone rubber. This coating is a one-part, ready-to-use material that can be applied easily to a dry, frost-free surface, and cures by reacting with moisture in the air. At normal temperatures and humidity, cure time is between in 4 and 48 hours (depending on thickness), For applications with lower than normal temperature and humidity levels, expect the cure time to be longer.

RP 300 Series Sealant is a high-strength, one-component, elastomeric sealant that permanently adheres to many construction materials without the use of primer.

RP 300 is a low odor and 100% solids formula designed for interior and exterior construction applications. RP 300 is an environmentally friendly formula that contains no solvents or isocyanates and yields very low VOC’s.
