Patrick is the CEO of Red Dog’s Roofing, with offices in Fitchburg, MA, Waterford, CT, and Sarasota FL. The company operates both residential and commercial divisions for roofing and other exterior projects. As a third-generation roofing contractor, he founded the company in 2012, in Fitchburg, MA, and named the organization after his grandfather, whose nickname was Red.  

When the company started, it specialized in emergency repairs and preventative maintenance projects for local realty companies. This niche required the company to focus on customer service and responsiveness. The business grew exclusively through customer referrals right up until 2017, when Red Dog’s Roofing opened a second location in Sarasota, FL.  

Over the past six years, the company has continued to grow and build a great team that focuses on safety, quality craftmanship, customer service and the development of the team members.  

With a collective passion for the roofing industry and the next generation, Patrick and his team have created a training program to help onboard new talent into both their production and sales departments. They are also focused on creating opportunities at local schools to introduce students to the roofing industry and the trades.  

Patrick serves as a board member of the local workforce development office, MassHire of North Central Massachusetts. He is also serves on committees for the National Roofing Contractors Association for CTE and Residential Roofing.  

Working with other entrepreneurs to share best practices and collaborate is part of Patrick’s weekly schedule. He enjoys helping other business owners and collaborating on local projects and initiatives. He also enjoys coaching and mentoring his team. Red Dog’s Team spends time developing talent within the organization to promote from within and help individuals grow both personally and professionally.
