House Bill 129 has passed!

The Board of the Ohio Roofing Contractors Association is pleased to report that House Bill 129 to enact Commercial Roofing Licensing within the existing Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board structure has passed in the House of Representatives.  The bill passed by a wide bipartisan margin of 61-29. 

Our thanks go to our sponsor, Representative Tom Patton (R-17) for his tireless work and leadership in gaining House passage!

The bill will now proceed to the Ohio Senate for consideration.  Our work is far from over to finally see passage of this measure. We need your help to get us over the finish line!
