Dominik Sachsenheimer is a proven business strategist who has worked across various industries and continents throughout his career. Dominik has led Maven Group as its president and majority shareholder since 2017. During this time, Maven has evolved into a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for industrial and residential service businesses in the United States and Canada, as the firm has represented dozens of companies, whose combined annual revenue exceeds $400,000,000.
Prior to leading Maven Group, Dominik worked for Otis Elevator from 2006 to 2016. While working at Otis, Dominik served as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for North America. Before serving as an M&A Director, Dominik worked in various financial roles at Otis, leading operations across the East Coast, and the Caribbean.

Bill Beaury is a serial entrepreneur who, alongside his business partner, started SureWay Expediting Inc. with just $750 of seed money. SureWay grew to $45,000,000 in annual revenue over 20 years. Throughout his career, Bill has gone out of his way to assist other entrepreneurs and business leaders with the operations and divestitures of their companies. Prior to joining Maven Group, Carson Bombara co-led the acquisitions and strategy Team at a private equity-sponsored consolidator of residential and industrial service businesses, named American Elevator Group (AEG). Conducting due diligence, negotiating purchase agreements, creating investment presentations, and assisting with integration plans, ideally prepared Carson for his current role with Maven Group. Carson joined Maven Group at the start of 2023 to use his unique perspective on mergers and acquisitions within residential and industrial service industries in North America to assist business owners with the various challenges of navigating through a merger or an acquisition.
