LIRA is a non-profit dedicated to empowering Latinos in Roofing. This community comprises over 80% of the labor force in Commercial and Residential Roofing in the United States.

LIRA IS THE GATHERING AND UNITING OF THESE RUFEROS! The place to connect these hard-working people with resources and opportunities to build the American Dream for their families!
