Erica Reed joined 123 Exteriors in 2014 as a sales representative and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the first female General Manager within just two years. She successfully led one of the highest-grossing offices at the company before its acquisition by Elite Construction Solutions.
As the Vice President of Multi-Family and Commercial Sales at Elite, Erica now oversees all aspects of sales strategy for multi-family and commercial Roof, siding, gutter and window projects. Her role includes driving business development, cultivating relationships with clients, and expanding Elite's presence in the commercial and multi-family sectors. Erica is responsible for setting sales targets, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Erica brings a wealth of experience to her role, having a background in roof and siding inspections, insurance claims management, and roof and siding installation. Her expertise also spans cedar roof sales and installs, siding installation techniques, and construction safety. Her leadership and vision help ensure that Elite’s commercial and multi-family projects are executed with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
In addition to her sales leadership, Erica collaborates closely with various departments across the company, including operations and project management, to ensure that all aspects of multi-family and commercial construction projects are completed seamlessly, on time, and within budget. She works directly with the executive team to refine strategies, streamline processes, and foster growth across multiple market segments.
