When you place a classified ad you will be able to set up a simple account to update, renew and find expired ads easily. This provides you with the ability to:

  • Have ads appear in multiple areas without re-entering the information.
  • Choose from more zones

  • Gain better SEO for your ad

How do I place a Classified Listing?

If you have never placed an ad with us before, (or contributed in the Forum) Click on the Place an Ad button in the Classified section and follow the instructions.  After you place your first listing you will then have an account so you can come back and manage your ads anytime.  Your ad will immediately be posted. Be sure to confirm your account when you receive the confirmation email after your ad is placed.

How do I access my account?

At the bottom of every page you will see My Account (it’s listed after Terms-Privacy and before Listing Dashboard in the bottom black section). Please click on that link.

If it is asking you to log in enter your email address and password. You will be taken to the  My Account area where you can edit your billing and contact information.  Then you will have access to Listing Dashboard so you can review the listings you have placed in the past.

Not sure if you have an account already set up?

If you have placed ads with us before, you have an account! Click on the My Account link at the bottom of the page to log into your account.  Put in the email address you might have used and the password.  If you can’t remember the password, click on the “Lost your password?” link and follow the steps to reset it.  Then log on and place your classified ad.

I have never placed an ad before but it says I have an account.

You may be a past or present Forum user.  We may have your email address already on file.  Please take a moment and click on the “Lost your password link?” Follow the steps to reset it and then log on to place your classified ad.

If the system does not recognize your email then please proceed with your ad and an account will be set up for you.

Why do I need an account?

An account is a good thing! By placing your ads while being logged in you get the benefit of being able to manage all the ads you place in one convenient place, the Listing Dashboard (also located at the bottom of the page) will list your current and expired ads.  You can edit, delete or renew from this area.

I am logged in but I don’t know where I can see the classified listings I have placed.

From My Account, you can log-in, manage your billing addresses and edit your password and account details. Next to My Account is Listing Dashboard.  That’s where you can find the current and past ads that you have placed.

When trying to place a classified listing and it says that the email is already registered.

If you get this error message: “This email is already registered, please choose another one.” You have previously placed a classified in our system or have posted in our Forum.  That creates an automatic account for you with the email address you entered at the time. You need to login to the system to continue.  This means you will have to go to My Account and login.

Unfortunately, you will have to re-enter your ad listing information.  If you spent an hour creating the perfect classified ad go back and save it by copying it to your clipboard (highlight the text and press control-C) before you proceed! (control-V will paste it back once you are logged on).

Chances are if you didn’t remember you had an account you may not have set up a password.  You would have done that by clicking on the password confirmation we sent to you.  You will need to request a Password Reset or click on a “Lost your password?” link.

Once you get logged on you will have to start again

We know, we hate that too!  We have it on the list to fix.  So sorry for the inconvenience.

If your credit card will not process and is declined.

99.9% of the time It’s because the billing address doesn’t match the address you entered when you placed the ad. (Different business address?) In the credit card section put the address that your credit card statement goes to and it should process correctly.  You can also correct this in My Account.  Remember, the address you enter never shows up in the ad so if you have your credit card billing address it will not be visible to the reader.

Change of Password link

If you requested a ‘Change of Password” link and did not get it within 15 minutes check your Junk Mail folder.  If it is not there contact us at info@rooferscoffeeshop.com or 714-203-1417 and we will reset it for you.

Forum Account Set-up and Classified Account Set-up – Will be the Same Account

If you have an account set up to place classified listings you will use the same account log-on to participate in the Forum and vice-versa.
