This is another often overlooked and common mistake. Happy clients will spread the word about you to everyone they know. Follow up with them a few months down the road and make sure they are still happy. Building relationships with your customers will ensure that they think of you whenever anyone they know needs home repairs, including themselves.

If they are still happy, ask them to leave you a review This boosts your ranking digitally, and spreads the word that others trust you openly.
