Commercial Roofing Service Technician/Warehouse

Guarantee Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc is looking for Experienced Commercial Roofing Tech to join our team. Competitive wages based on experience and will be established upon hiring. As a Tech you will be assigned to a service truck and be responsible for executing planned maintenace, repairs, and inspections of existing roof systems throughout the North East Nebraska area. In this position you will also assist in warehouse responsiblites as well as trained as an equipment operator. Paid on the job training.

Duties and Responsibilies include but are not limited to:

Complete initial safety and technical training on-boarding to comply with OSHA standards. Interact with clients in commercial and retail environments Investigate and repair commerical roofing deficiencies in TPO & EPDM Systems Complete small/medium repair projects on various roofing systems Perform recommended action inspection on all jobs Have knowledge of roof top equipment and operations Assist in warehouse duties Assist crew as needed Full-time IRA Match On-the-job training Paid time off Day shift Monday to Friday
