JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth in the roofing sector. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead and manage a team of roofing sales representatives. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. * Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. * Provide training, guidance, and support to sales performance and provide regular reports to management. * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
