Barkley-Jensen Roofing & Restoration is seeking a driven and experienced Roofing Sales Professional to join our team. We offer exceptional earning potential, with top-performing sales reps earning $100k to $350k+ annually. Responsibilities

Sell roofing and exterior remodeling services to homeowners in need of storm restoration or other repairs. Perform full roof/exterior home inspections and attend adjuster appointments. Utilize our cutting-edge CRM to manage your sales pipeline and client communications. Coordinate with homeowners, sales leadership, and office staff throughout the process. Deliver excellent customer service, and oversea jobs from initial contact to project completion. Generate leads via networking and referrals. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing our company.

Requirements

Roofing Sales Experience: Previous experience in roofing sales is required—this is not an entry-level position. Proven record of achieving $1 million in sales over a 12 month period. Must consistently close at least 5 jobs per month. Ability to confidently communicate with customers, address their concerns, and build trust. Strong organizational skills to track leads, appointments, and progress using a CRM. Reliable transportation and ability to travel for inspections, appointments, and customer meetings. Professional and self-motivated with a strong drive for success. Comfortable with heights / physically able to climb onto a roof. Ability to pass a background check.
