Understanding the Future of Roof Restoration

Mike Swartzer, National Sales Manager for IB Roof Systems, will discuss the future of roof restorations as building owners look to increase longevity of current roofs with stronger recover or re-roof solutions. Mike brings a long history of working with roofing contractors on how to best use roof coating and membrane solutions for both recover and re-roof. He will share how to work with building owners to help them understand the value of restoration roofing compared to when a roof must be torn off and reinstalled.
