Commerical Roofing Foreman

Guarantee Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc is seeking a mature, knowledgeable commercial roofing Forman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for running a commercial roofing crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of commercial roofing construction and be able to work with others to manage the project from set up through completion.

Duties include but are not limited to - Supervise and perform commercial roofing projects from start to finish - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and industry best practices - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications - Schedule and assign tasks to crew members - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers - Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders - Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Train and mentor crew members on proper construction techniques

Qualifications - Proven experience as a Forman or second man or similar role in the commercial roofing industry - Strong knowledge and use of hand tools, power tools, cranes, lulls and related construction and Commercial roofing equipment - Expertise in single ply system ((TPO and EPDM) - Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications for commercial roofing - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
