Since 2014, NWIR has changed the face of the roofing industry by empowering women through networking, education and mentoring while also focusing on recruiting more women into the industry. The new executive director, Katie Bodiford, is joined by NWIR members Minnie Robles and Jamie Treglio of Johns Manville and NWIR board member Christee Roberson of Graham Roofing.
