Jeff Medeiros is the architectural representative for AEP Span and is a licensed contractor who has been supporting architects in California for more than 15 years.
Jeff can spec-write, assist in detail drawing, and aid in product selection or any aspect of the design-build process from initial design to complete bid-ready documents. He's fluent in building code, bid laws, and contract code. He provides architects with a full range of services from conception through bid. He holds various degrees, including law and society from UC Santa Barbara, Japanese from Waseda University in Tokyo, and he attended McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento.
He’s fluent in all types of roofing systems, including built-up and torch-applied hot and cold process restoration coatings such as silicone urethanes and acrylics single ply roofing, and all forms of metal applications, including roof wall coping and soffit as well as flashing trim. Jeff moved to AEP Span roughly 6 years ago after spending years with a competitor and plans to stay on through retirement.
