A Roofing Life for Second Chance Citizens

Join us for a special Coffee Conversations, sponsored by Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. (WTI), a division of Tremco, to celebrate the ELEVATE 2nd Chance program, a key part of WTI's RISE initiative. This pioneering effort focuses on providing formerly incarcerated individuals with education, skill development, and career pathways in roofing and construction. On October 24, 2024, at 7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m. ET, learn how WTI partners with state Departments of Correction to train and hire these individuals, while exploring creative recruitment strategies like apprenticeships, construction management, and vocational schools.
