• It’s a project in Buenos AIres, Argentina. 
• Each building is about 8000 square feet. 
• The project's first stage was about constructing two similar buildings.

Problems to be addressed for Xipre

• Thermal insulation
• Superior finishing 
• Long lasting painting for metal panels

Solutions

• Roofing: Xipre recommended using Metal Insulated panels for roofing, with an external galvanized steel sheet, 2” PIR Insulation core, and standard white for the internal face of the sandwich panel. 
• Wall and facades: Xipre brought a very innovative product for this project proposing 2” PIR Metal insulated panels for the walls. The most significant improvement was incorporating PVDF Sherwin Williams Coil coating finishing for the external face. 
  • Product used: 2” PIR Metal insulated panels 
  • Finishing: PVDF Black Crinkle
  • All the flushing and finishing were made folding the same steel sheet.
